How do I change an order?

If you want to change an order, please contact us within 6 hours after the purchase at: help@keeyla.com
Unfortunately, if you contact us after 6 hours, it could be that your order cannot be modified anymore.

You will then have to send us back the package to exchange it or ask for a refund.



I received a damaged item. What can I do?

We are sorry to hear that.

Simply send us a picture of the damaged item to the email address: help@keeyla.com and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.



I still haven't received my order. What is taking so long?
